Baseball album

Here is another project I made for my Guest DT spot for RMH. I chose the round album by Rusty Pickle. I painted the stitching on white cardstock and adhered it to the back side of the cover (Im hoping it will help protect it) I used Scenic Route North Shore collection throughout the book. I also used Colorbox liquid chalk (warm red) throughout the book.

Layout using Felt Flowers

This is one layout I did for RMH for my Guest DT spot. The assignment was to use felt flowers. I used Queen & Co. felt fusion. I just cut them apart. The paper is Scenic Route Loveland. The green flowers are by American Crafts. Brads are by Carolees Creations and Doodlebug. Alpha stickers are Doodlebug Hopscotch.

Baby Card

This is a card I made recently. Its on its way to Ellen. She had baby Henry almost a month ago...Im a little slow getting the card sent.
I used Bazzill cardstock, Crate paper, and Crate words rubons. The paper piecing pattern is by Windows of Time. She makes some darling patterns. This bear pattern is from the wallets book.

Snowman Soup

Sorry it's been a while since Ive updated...things seem to have gotten busy here. I havent had time to create anything that I can share, so I thought I would share what I created for my very first publication. This came out in the Oct./Nov. Paper Trends in 2007. I made this when I tried out for the Design Team at Rocky Mountain Hobbies. I didnt make the team, but got published out of it...so I decided I still got a good deal. I am the Guest DT for RMH in March. I will share my creations for there soon.

Valentines Day

I hope you had a great Valentines Day yesterday. Carson was home sick...hes missed 3 days of school so far. Im hoping this goes away soon. Tyler has it now. Other than that my day was pretty good. Dh and I both got each other some Sees Candy. We both really like it.

This first picture is Tyler. This is what a cute girl from school gave him. The kit kat says: I have eyes for you. The "I" and "eyes" are goggly eyes...cute huh?

This picture is Carson. He didnt go to school, but he still got a valentine. This one is Cole. He got a valentine too.
Bradys school didnt allow valentines so he didnt get any valentines from anyone at school. We gave all of our boys these soft cuddly blankets. A friend gave us one for Christmas and we all fight over it, so now they have their own.
I have been creating, but its stuff for my Guest DT spot at RMH. Thats in March, so I cant share yet. Im wanting to work on some other things, so hopefully I will have something to share soon. Have a great day!

Sledding

This is what we did yesterday. We went sledding at "Jack Rabbit Hill". The kids have such a good time. We couldn't sled for long though, it got dark.

This first picture is Brady making a run

Cole made a run and tackled Tyler on his way down.

There was a jump there and the kids had fun catching some air. This is Carson. It was hard to see where the jump was at the top of the hill, so Brady stood by it so they would be able to hit it.

Tyler ended up being backwards by the time he hit the jump. Carson stood by to make sure he was ok.

At the end of every run they had to walk back up the hill. I only had to do it once and I was out of breath! Oh to be young and have so much energy. They did it for an hour!

Snow Day!

Today is a snow day for us. They cancelled church today because of the snow. I cant remember the last time church or school was cancelled for snow. My kids are hoping for a snow day tomorrow.

This first picture is my front yard. Yes, my van is on my grass. We cant park on the street and have no where else to park LOL. My dh had already shoveled the driveway twice, but it was snowing so much that its still white.

This second picture is at my SILs house about 50 miles south of me. She is about 5'6" (to give you an idea of how much snow there really is).

On another note, I won a blog prize today from TTS! Woo Hoo! Im excited. All I had to do was leave a comment.
