Sketch

Over at House of Paper we are using a sketch I made for our uploads.
Here is the sketch.

This first layout was made using Fancy Pants Like Father Like Son papers

Then I made a card using the sketch. I used Echo Park Walk in the Park papers.

Be sure to stop by the HOP gallery to see the rest of the DT's take on the sketch!

Layout

This is one of the 5th grade teachers at our elementary school. All of my kids have had him. He's a strict teacher, but the kids all love him. Every year he makes a deal with the kids that he will eat a worm for each section of the end of year testing that the ENTIRE class can score at least 80% on. He had to eat one worm this year.

I used Pink Paislee 365 degrees paper. I paper pieced the worm. The lettering is American Crafts remarks

This first layout is my youngest playing baseball. I used the Karen Foster Baseball kit papers.

Shaped Cards

It was my turn to post on the HOP blog this week. I decided to make some shaped cards and challenge others to do the same. Come play with us! Also check out the store...theres an awesome sale! (40% off your order through Tuesday 7/13 @ 4 pm est)

I used my Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge to get the shape of this card. The paper is Crate Paper Pink Plum collection. The stamp is Stampin Up.

This card is one I saw in a magazine, I think it was Paper Crafts. I thought it was so cute. I just used Bazzill cardstock for this one. Bought shoelaces at Walmart. The stamp is Stampin Up.

For this card I used a paper piecing pattern by Windows of Time. I used Crate Paper Brook collection.

Trek gift

This is what I took around to all my "trek kids". There are Reisens chocolate candies in the cart. Inside the card it says: You are the "Reisen" trek was so much fun. To make the cart, I just made a box. The wheels are cut from my accent essentials cricut cartridge. The thank you stamp is from the set I won from Pagemaps card contest!
