Happy New Year to all of you! I hope you had a fun and safe New Year's Eve. We hung out at home with our kids. We played games, ate, and toasted in the New Year with sparkling apple cider.

What a great idea! Alas, both of my boys were out, and I (sorry old lady) was in bed by 10:30 -- I just couldn't make it! I heard all the fireworks and gunshots, though, at midnight.
