Here is my take on this weeks assignment.
My first project is a birthday card. I LOVE the Echo Park papers. This one is Sweet Summertime. Its bright and happy all by itself. The stamp is one I got on clearance at Michaels.

This layout is things that make me happy...I couldve added more, but ya know. I used Echo Park paper on this one too...this line is called Walk in the Park.

Become a fan of House of Paper on facebook and find out about sales, giveaways, and contests. There is a contest this week to make a happiness is and link it to them to be entered in a drawing for a prize. Also, the blog is updated every week and sometimes more often...be sure to check it out. Its different than the weekly DT uploads.

Layout

This is one of the 5th grade teachers at our elementary school. All of my kids have had him. He's a strict teacher, but the kids all love him. Every year he makes a deal with the kids that he will eat a worm for each section of the end of year testing that the ENTIRE class can score at least 80% on. He had to eat one worm this year.

I used Pink Paislee 365 degrees paper. I paper pieced the worm. The lettering is American Crafts remarks

Trek gift

This is what I took around to all my "trek kids". There are Reisens chocolate candies in the cart. Inside the card it says: You are the "Reisen" trek was so much fun. To make the cart, I just made a box. The wheels are cut from my accent essentials cricut cartridge. The thank you stamp is from the set I won from Pagemaps card contest!

New Layouts

These are the layouts I made for this weeks assignment over at House of Paper. The theme this week was Beginnings / Endings / Journeys. I used Bella Blvd. Man of the House papers on both layouts.
This first layout is my son's 5th grade graduation. The lettering was made using my Base Camp Cricut cartridge. The stars were cut with my Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge.

This second layout is "busier" than I usually do, but I thought it would be fun for a change. This is one of my twins at the Breakfast of Champions. All the design elements are cut out of the papers. The lettering is cut using my Cricut Base Camp cartridge.

As always, thanks for stopping by!
